The following persons are not eligible to register or use the phmery Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from phmery; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of phmery or its affiliates; (d) persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable law.
2.4 phmery reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the phmery Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. phmery reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.4 Account Verification. phmery may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your phmery account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmery accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phmery is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your phmery account balance.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phmery aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. phmery reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phmery Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phmery is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phmery complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. phmery reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phmery Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each game before placing any wager.
5.2 Finality of Results. All game results on phmery are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are final. phmery will not reverse or modify game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game, phmery reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the relevant player accounts. phmery's decision in such matters is final.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmery Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the phmery Platform without prior written consent from phmery.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 phmery's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmery account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phmery does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phmery is not liable for any loss or damage caused by interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phmery's reasonable control.
10.1 phmery collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phmery Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
